   Well, that's not a concerning statement at all. She had simply called him in to go over his most recent paperwork and was greeted with that, which tells her that he's done something he wasn't supposed to. 

" Adam. " Spoken in the tone of a disappointed mother, of course. " What did you do that could have prompted such a response? I called you in here for something else, but that makes me wonder what you've done. "

   Hands fold neatly on the desk in front of her as she frowns, she can never truly tell if Adam's serious or faking it to get out of meetings. Either way, she can't just let him go considering it was rather important like most meetings were.

   At least from her understanding, he did. She didn't participate in the meetings between Adam and Lucifer, she was always told to leave it as is. There's a frown as Sera turns to face Emily, it was a difficult approach due to how dangerous it was to act against those higher than them.

" Lucifer was one of us, you know. All because of what he did he was cast down. Who's to say they wouldn't cast you or I down if we try to go against their word. Yes, Charlie did prove that a soul could improve, but it is not us that makes the choice in the end, as much as I wish that were the case. "

   She knows she can't say much more to get Emily to listen, but hopefully, it gives her a little peace of mind that Sera had a very small tinge of hope that there may have been a chance, it would be a much better solution than mass murder.

Bringing her hands up to lightly rubs her temples, she lets out a sigh before she stands up, towering over the poor man in the process.

   Oh. That's .. certainly news. Hands folding in her lap, Sera knows there's probably something causing this side of Emily to come forward and it makes her worry, but she also knows Emily is too kind to actually do any real harm.
